Skills and Experience (Essential):
- Expert level knowledge of Passive IT Infrastructure and the Structured Cabling industry.
- Experience in the construction project process, understanding the intricacies of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Possess relevant academic or industry qualifications, such as CNID and RCDD, demonstrating your technical and construction expertise.
Skills and Experience (Preferable):
- Basic CAD skills to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Strong experience in Structured Cabling design, with a minimum of 5 years in the field.
- Basic understanding of related industries and technologies, including LAN, AV, and M&E, to contribute to comprehensive solutions.

- Proven ability to take ownership of SCS (Structured Cabling System) design and delivery, ensuring successful project outcomes.
- Thrive in a deadline-driven environment, managing priorities effectively to meet project milestones.
- Excellent communication skills to build and nurture relationships with clients, design teams, and contractors.
- Demonstrated capability to work independently when required, showcasing your self-motivation and autonomy.
- Able to commute to central London for work.
Roles and Responsibilities: As a Passive IT Infrastructure Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and coordinating passive infrastructure designs for major enterprise-level organizations.
- Running the RFP (Request for Proposal) tender process to appoint cabling contractors.
- Overseeing the testing of infrastructure solutions post-installation.
- Contributing to the evolution of design approaches and infrastructure solutions.
- Monitoring the quality of benchmarking and installations.
- Providing on-site support for ongoing projects.
- Taking ownership of personal development, continuously expanding your knowledge and experience.
- Conducting site visits, witness testing, handovers, and producing comprehensive visit reports.
- Managing the design, calculations, reports, and budgets for projects.
- Representing Cordless in design team meetings and coordinating with other disciplines.
- Utilizing CAD skills to create SCS layouts, comms layouts, and schematics.
- Conducting research on SCS products, suppliers, and other related areas.
