About the Company

Our client is a leading main contractor specialising in high-end commercial fit-out projects. With a strong track record in delivering premium workplaces, they work with globally recognised organisations to shape flagship office spaces across Central London. Known for their collaborative approach and high standards, they are now looking to appoint a Senior AV Project Manager to support the delivery of a major workplace programme.

About the Role

You will lead the end-to-end delivery of complex AV systems on a multi-floor, high-specification commercial fit-out. With AV packages exceeding £5 million in value, your role will involve close coordination with AV consultants, integrators, and wider construction teams to ensure design intent, programme timelines and technical quality are upheld from pre-construction through to handover.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the AV delivery lifecycle across design, build and commissioning phases

• Coordinating with consultants and stakeholders to align technical execution with design vision

• Overseeing AV contractors and third-party vendors during installation and integration

• Ensuring delivery is on time, within budget, and compliant with project standards

• Providing clear, consistent reporting and commercial oversight of AV works

About You

You are an experienced AV project leader with a strong background in delivering integrated audiovisual systems on commercial workplace projects. You thrive in construction environments, understand the technical and commercial demands of large-scale AV packages, and bring a structured yet flexible approach to programme delivery.

We are looking for:

• Proven experience managing AV deployments on workplace projects valued at £5 million or more

• Sound knowledge of AV systems, integration, and project coordination in a live construction setting

• Background in fit-out or construction, ideally with exposure to M&E and technical trades

• Confident communication and stakeholder management skills

• Availability to work on-site in Central London when required
