Our Approach & Ethos
The design of a workplace should reflect how an organisation has set out to operate within a space and go about its business activity. Get it right and the workplace should raise productivity and inspire new patterns of thought that will lead a business forward for years to come.
At Cordless we grasp how an office fit-out project is a unique opportunity to form an environment that brings out the best of the business and the critical role that technology plays in achieving this. Technology must be accessible to all users and be intuitive to use, it should encourage collaboration and inspire new thoughts and ideas, it should contribute to wellbeing and sustainability as best it can.
Our approach puts the workplace strategy at the heart of the technical design. We first seek to understand how a client goes about its business and how it expects to operate in the new location; only then can the technical designs be formed. Understanding the needs in this way will ensure that the technology will best serve the habits of the users, offering optimised efficiency and enhanced levels of functionality day one or day two.
