About the role

This role is focused on ensuring the smooth operation of key business applications and IT systems. You will be responsible for resolving technical issues escalated by the service desk while also contributing to IT projects and system improvements. The position involves a mix of day-to-day support and project work, with a particular emphasis on Microsoft 365, Intune, Windows 11, and mobile device management. You will also work closely with third-party service providers to optimise IT operations.

Key responsibilities include:

Providing support for Microsoft 365, Intune, Windows 11, and Autopilot

Managing and configuring end-user devices, including laptops, tablets, and mobile phones

Ensuring security, availability, and performance of Microsoft 365 services

Supporting enterprise-level Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive infrastructure

Assisting with IT projects, system upgrades, and process improvements

Offering second-line support during peak times and scheduled maintenance

About you

To succeed in this role, you will have a strong background in application support and end-user technology. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent problem-solving skills.

Key requirements:

Experience in professional services or legal environments is desirable

Technical expertise in Microsoft 365, Intune, Windows OS, Azure AD, Exchange, and SCCM

Familiarity with applications such as NetDocuments, InterAction, IntApp TIME, or BigHand is an advantage

Understanding of networking principles including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs

Strong customer service approach with excellent communication skills

Ability to work independently and contribute effectively to a team
