About the Role

An established London-based law firm is seeking an experienced Project Manager/Business Analyst to lead the successful delivery of projects across its legal and business services teams. This is a dual role requiring both strategic oversight and hands-on execution – ideal for someone who can confidently move between stakeholder engagement, technical planning and implementation.

You’ll be responsible for shaping business cases, coordinating internal and external resources, and ensuring successful outcomes across multiple concurrent workstreams. Your remit will include everything from requirements gathering to overseeing user acceptance testing, with a strong emphasis on communication, documentation and risk mitigation.

About You

You’re a confident and capable project professional with a track record of delivering complex initiatives across business and IT teams. With at least 5 years’ experience in a project or business analysis capacity, you’ll be comfortable leading from the front – whether that’s refining user requirements, coordinating delivery, or navigating competing priorities.

Ideally, you will also bring:

• A recognised project management qualification (eg PRINCE2, Agile)
• Previous experience in a legal 2+ years preferred)
• Familiarity with legal IT systems – DMS, PMS or CRM platforms advantageous
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Strong analytical, documentation and problem-solving skills
• A well-organised approach with high attention to detail
