Cordless Resourcing has been engaged by an international client to assist in the search and selection of a Python Full Stack developer.  This position offers the opportunity to work on exciting projects within Poland, Romania, Serbia, or Ukraine while enjoying the flexibility of remote work.
  
Position Overview:
As a Python Full Stack Developer, you’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex software applications. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead projects, and mentor junior developers to deliver high-quality solutions. This role requires strong proficiency in Python development, as well as experience with Selenium, PyYaml, and other relevant technologies.
What you’ll be doing:

• Design, develop, and maintain complex software applications.
• Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and develop solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Test and debug code to ensure high-quality software.
• Continuously improve software development processes and practices.
• Keep up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development.
• Mentor junior developers to improve their skills and knowledge.
• Work collaboratively with team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Write technical documentation to support development processes.
• Lead projects and manage software development timelines and deliverables.

  
What you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• At least five years of experience in software development.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in Python development.
• Strong proficiency in Selenium and PyYaml.
• Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.
• Experience with database management systems such as MySQL, Oracle, or MongoDB.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.

Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.
